Our camps are designed to challenge our athletes outside their comfort zones & push them to a higher level all while playing in a FUN learning environment.
Full Day Hockey Camp:
Athletes will be on the ice for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. These sessions will focus on total skills including stick handling, shooting, skating, passing followed up by small area games to maximize skill usage in game situations.
Half Day Hockey Camp:

Half Day Lacrosse Camp:
A lacrosse only option, this camp will focus on fundamental skills including cradling, passing, catching, ground balls, positioning, and game awareness as well as small area games and scrimmages. Note: this camp is MORNING only (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM each day).
Each Camp will feature Total Athlete Development Sessions which can include:

Camp Testimonials
Ava had an absolute blast at camp and loved all her coaches! I really appreciate you and your staff’s attention to Ava. I will be in touch about coaching Ava on some things she can work on. Thanks again.

"My 10 & 11 year old daughters attended Eagles Elite Summer Hockey/Lax crossover camp. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to their upcoming hockey seasons. Both girls learned edges and new techniques to improve their game. Both new at lacrosse and learned skills that complimented and added to first season of town programming. Eagles Elite is well organized, detail oriented (including report cards for each participant) and addresses the player/girl from a 360 degree perspective. Nutrition talk and motivational speakers plus many well decorated instructors added huge value to the Eagles Elite summer program. The biggest difference from other camps is Eagles Elite instructors come from the highest levels of female hockey & lacrosse competition. They teach from a bounty of newer professional and developmental training all learned first hand from their 10,000 hours of hockey. My girls learning from young women in leadership positions; PRICELESS. Finally, you won’t want to miss the smiles. Teeth wattage is HIGH from both players and instructors because everyone is having FUN!! Sprint to sign up for your spots."

"Thank you to you and all of the great coaches. It is so awesome to have fabulous women training our girls. I thought the goal setting was awesome for them and I loved the nutrition info. I find as a mother, it is a challenge trying to explain the nutrition piece to kids. I think it really helps for role models to talk about it because kids are more open to that. The nutrition sheet was awesome also.
Delia loved how positive everyone was. She enjoyed learning from all of you. She thought the lacrosse coaches were very positive also."
